Last Updated: August 24, 2026
Welcome to Everyday Social Worker ("ESW," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Everyday Social Worker website, mobile application, and related features and services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
1. Purpose of the Service
Everyday Social Worker is a resource-discovery service designed to help users find information about community resources, social services, government programs, nonprofit organizations, support programs, and other third-party resources.
Everyday Social Worker is an independent service and is not a government agency. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ESW is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency, organization, program, or other resource listed through the Service.
Information provided through ESW is for general informational and resource-discovery purposes only. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes professional, legal, financial, housing, medical, mental-health, crisis, or other professional advice.
2. No Emergency or Crisis Services
Everyday Social Worker does not provide emergency, crisis-intervention, medical, or mental-health treatment services.
If you believe you or another person is experiencing an emergency or is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services in your location.
Resources displayed within ESW should not be relied upon as a substitute for emergency or professional assistance.
3. Accuracy and Verification of Resources
We work to provide useful resource information, but information may be obtained from third-party or publicly available sources and may change without notice.
This may include changes to:
- Hours of operation
- Locations
- Phone numbers and websites
- Services offered

- Program availability
- Application procedures
- Costs or benefits
We do not guarantee that every listing is accurate, complete, current, available, or appropriate for a particular user.
Users should verify important information directly with the organization, agency, program, or other official source before relying upon it.
4. Government and Third-Party Resources
Everyday Social Worker may provide information about or links to federal, state, and local government agencies and programs, nonprofit organizations, community organizations, businesses, and other third-party services.
The inclusion of a resource does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, partnership, or guarantee by Everyday Social Worker.
Likewise, the inclusion of a government agency, government program, or information originating from a government source does not mean that the government entity endorses, sponsors, operates, or is affiliated with Everyday Social Worker.
Names, trademarks, logos, and other identifying information belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
5. AI-Assisted Features
Some Everyday Social Worker features may use artificial intelligence to help users search for, organize, summarize, or discover resources.
AI-generated or AI-assisted results may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or results that are not appropriate for a user's circumstances.
AI-generated information should not be treated as professional advice or as a guarantee that a particular resource, program, service, or benefit is available or appropriate.
Users should verify important information with the relevant organization or official source.
6. Accounts and User Responsibilities
Some features may require an account.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, interfere with the operation of the Service, upload malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities, spam listed organizations, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
Certain features may require payment, credits, or a subscription.
Prices, benefits, usage limits, and subscription terms will be presented before purchase.
Purchases made through a third-party platform, such as an app store, may also be subject to that platform's payment, cancellation, and refund policies.
8. Third-Party Websites and Services
ESW may provide links, phone numbers, directions, or other ways to access third-party organizations and services.
We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their availability, actions, content, services, privacy practices, eligibility decisions, or outcomes.
Your interactions with third parties are between you and the applicable third party.

Unless otherwise indicated, original ESW content, design, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Service for lawful personal purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse protected portions of the Service except where permitted by law or with our authorization.
Third-party and government information remains subject to any rights, licenses, or public-use rules applicable to the original material.
